Shipping Policy
Effective date: 31 May 2026.
This Shipping Policy explains how GUKKIMUKK™ products are produced, shipped, and tracked. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Production time
Most GUKKIMUKK™ products are made-to-order. After you complete checkout, your order is submitted to our production partner and enters the manufacturing queue. Typical production time is 2–7 business days before the parcel is dispatched. Some items may take longer during peak periods.
Shipping methods and carriers
Once an order is dispatched, it ships via the carrier selected by our production partner for your destination. The available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and the items in your order. As an indicative guide (after production):
- Europe (EU + UK): 3–7 business days
- United States and Canada: 3–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
These windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Customs and import duties
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT on import, or carrier handling fees levied at the destination. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in the order total at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a notification email containing the carrier name and tracking number. You can also view tracking information on the order page in your account. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that are returned to the production partner or considered undeliverable may not be eligible for a refund. If you notice an error immediately after checkout, email us at info@gukkimukk.com as soon as possible; we will try to update the address before production begins but cannot guarantee changes.
Multi-item orders
Orders containing multiple items may be produced in different facilities and shipped in separate parcels. If your order arrives in instalments, each parcel will have its own tracking number.
Lost or delayed shipments
If a tracked parcel has not shown movement for an extended period, or if it has been confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@gukkimukk.com with your order number. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another goodwill resolution at our discretion.
Restricted destinations
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to your address.
