Orders & Production
  • Can I cancel my order?

    If production hasn't started yet, we may be able to help.

    Because many orders enter production shortly after checkout, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

    If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.

  • Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

    Some orders contain products produced in different facilities or fulfilled through different partners.

    When that happens, items may arrive separately and on different dates.

    Don't worry — it doesn't necessarily mean anything is missing.

Returns, Replacements & Issues
  • Do I need to send defective products back?

    Usually not.

    In most cases, photographs are sufficient for us to evaluate the issue.

    If a return is required, we'll provide instructions before any item is sent anywhere.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    No.

    You can complete a purchase without creating an account.

    That said, joining the crew makes life a lot easier.

  • Why should I create an account?

    A GUKKIMUKK account helps you:

    • Track your orders
    • View your order history
    • Save your information for future purchases
    • Receive selected updates and community announcements
    • Manage everything from one place

    No account is required, but we highly recommend having one.

  • I placed an order as a guest. Can I still create an account later?

    Usually yes.

    If you create an account using the same email address used during checkout, your order history may be linked automatically when possible.

  • What is the Discord?

    Our Discord server is where the crew hangs out — drop announcements, partner news, support, and general community chatter all happen there. Everyone's welcome, whether you're here for the fits or the conversation.

  • What exactly is GUKKIMUKK?

    That's a difficult question.

    Some people think it's a clothing brand.

    Some think it's a creative project.

    Some think it's a cultural artifact that escaped containment.

    We're comfortable with all three answers.

  • Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

    Depending on your country, additional customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply.

    Some shipments may have these charges prepaid, while others may require payment before delivery.

    These charges are determined by local authorities and are generally the responsibility

    of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.

  • Is GUKKIMUKK affiliated with Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency project?

    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no.

    GUKKIMUKK™ is an independent apparel brand inspired by internet culture, digital ownership,

    decentralization, and the communities that have emerged around them.

    Any references to cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, projects, memes, or internet culture

    are intended for artistic, cultural, and creative expression.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Delivery times depend on the product, destination, carrier, and production workload.

    In most cases:

    • United States: approximately 2–15 business days
    • Europe: approximately 1–15 business days
    • International destinations: approximately 10–30 business days

    These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, seasonal demand, or other factors outside our control.

  • What if my order arrives damaged or something isn't right?

    We want every order to arrive exactly as intended.

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered,

    contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.

    We'll review the situation and work toward a fair solution,

    which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

  • What happens after I place an order?

    Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system and is sent to production shortly afterward.

    Every GUKKIMUKK™ product is made specifically for the person who ordered it.
    Your item is produced after your purchase is completed.

    After production, your order is packaged, handed to a shipping carrier, and begins its journey to you.

    You'll receive updates along the way, including tracking information when available.

  • Do your products provide financial advice?

    Definitely not.

    Nothing on our website, products, designs, or content should

    be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

    Always do your own research and make decisions based on your own circumstances.

  • Where does my order ship from?

    We work with a network of trusted production and fulfillment partners across multiple regions.

    The exact production location depends on the product ordered, your destination,

    available production capacity, and fulfillment logistics at the time of purchase.

    Whenever practical, orders are produced as close to their destination as possible

    to help reduce transit times and unnecessary transportation.

  • Why isn't my order shipped immediately?

    Every GUKKIMUKK™ product is made after an order is placed rather than sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped.

    Once your order is received, it enters production before being packaged and handed over to a shipping carrier.

    This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste, allows us to offer a wider variety of products,

    and ensures that each item is produced specifically for the person who ordered it.

    We believe producing what people actually want is better than producing thousands of items that may never be worn.

    While this means production takes a little longer than traditional retail, it also allows us to operate in a more flexible and sustainable way.

  • Why was I contacted by customs?

    Some international shipments require customs review before delivery.

    If customs authorities request payment, documentation, or additional information,

    you may need to respond before your package can continue its journey.

  • Can I return my order?

    Because every item is produced specifically for the person who ordered it,

    we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

    That said, if something genuinely went wrong with your order,

    we want to know about it and we'll review the situation individually.

  • Which shipping carriers do you use?

    Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, orders may be shipped

    using carriers including, but not limited to, DHL, UPS, USPS, Deutsche Post, DPD, and other regional or local carriers.

    Carrier selection is determined after your order enters fulfillment.

  • I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?

    We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information before ordering.

    Ordering the wrong size does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

    However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you're unsure what options may be available,

    reach out and we'll see if there's a reasonable solution.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once tracking information becomes available, we'll send it to the email address used during checkout.

    If you've created a GUKKIMUKK account, tracking information and order updates

    may also be available directly inside your account dashboard.

  • Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

    Sometimes carriers need time to scan and process shipments after they leave production.

    In other cases, international shipments may temporarily stop updating while moving

    between countries or customs facilities.

    If tracking appears inactive for an unusually long period, reach out and we'll investigate.
